Making Paper Weights with Stones, ISA Project: Artistic Endeavours

 August 9, 2017

From the world of  beautiful nature that was explored as medicinal plants, this week the students of MMIS, Mullana entered the creative world of  art & craft. Through our new ISA Project, “Artistic Endeavours: The World of Art & Craft”, our students will paint the world with the colours of their imagination.

Last week, the students of grades IV to VIII watched a short film and power point presentation on the history of art of the 4 countries under study- India, Egypt, Thailand and Japan. And today, the students of grades IV & V made beautiful paper weights using artistic designs and patterns of these countries on the small pieces of stones. With their names written on their creations, the students wished to wrap it up as a present for their parents.

Excited and joyous MMITaninasare on a spree to explorethe colourful and crafty world all this month. Come and join!
