Mock Drill on Traffic Rules for Kindergarten Wing

Mock Drill on Traffic Rules for Kindergarten Wing

 July 28, 2016

In an age of road rage, when the road accidents are claiming lives in millions every year, the Road Safety Education at schools becomes an issue of paramount importance.

Today, at MMIS, the students of Kindergarten were given a Mock Drill on Road Safety Rules. The little cyclists, bikers and drivers on their toy-vehicles learnt to follow the traffic signals and road signs. The vigilant pedestrians, carefully looking at both the sides of the road, learnt to cross the road at the Zebra Crossing.

Smiling, playing and riding all the way, the children learnt a very serious lesson of life. We hope that these children, as they grow up, develop good attitudes and skills first as pedestrians and cyclists, and then, as drivers when they start driving.
