Telling Aquatic Tales through Table Mats

Telling Aquatic Tales through Table Mats

 April 20, 2017

Colourful coral reefs, shoals of salmons, gray, humpback and blue whales, ponderous elephant seals, playful sea lions, gentle manatee, basking shark, curious cuckoo wrasse, enjoying sunbathing sun fish, killer orca whales and endangered sea otters and sea turtles - the list is endless. Needless to ask, who gets attracted by these wonders of the sea?

Home to abundant sea creatures, the coasts of Unites States,United Kingdom,Japan and India can fascinate any inquisitive and imaginative mind. Inspired by the magnificent marine life of the given 4 countries, the students of grade IV of MMIS,Mullana made beautiful table mats with the materials like wool threads, pea nut shells, match sticks, pearls, sea shells, etc.

It amazes us to see how the ISA Project is taking the MMITanians beyond national boundaries and barriers!
