Participating in club activities helps students improve their communication, writing, negotiating, leadership skills, teamwork and other verbal and non-verbal communication skills.<\/p><p>The These festivals not only strengthen the bond of love among the pupils coming from the different social backgrounds but also fade away the dividing lines\u00a0 of discrimination based on colour, caste, creed, religion and language from their heart.<\/p><p>In order to keep the tradition of celebration and spirit of happiness alive in the hearts of the children, MMIS celebrates all the festivals with great zeal and enthusiasm.<\/p><p>Activities associated with the festivals are organized in the school such as Diya Making &amp; Rangoli at the time of Diwali, Rakhi making on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in order to familiarize the students with the pious knot between brother and sister, and celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna to keep the children in touch with mythology.<\/p><p>All the National festivals such as Independence Day, Republic Day etc. are celebrated with great pomp and show.
