The Students of MMIS, MULLANA posted 100 % result in the XII Board Examination. The results were declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on July 30, 2021. 

The pass percentage in Science and Commerce Stream is 100%. 42 students were enrolled in Science stream.  Master Abhinav Sharma, Miss Namya Gupta, Master Daksh Massey, Miss Tanishka, Miss Shrishti Patel, Miss Anchal, Miss Prachi Gera, Master Chirag Verma, Master Abhinav Chauhan, Master Akshit Aggarwal, Master Davinder Singh, Master Divyansh, Miss Shruti Aggarwal and Master Shavi Chahal are the highest scorers (above 90%). 16 students have scored more than 80%, 8 have scored more than 70% and 4 have scored more than 60%.  

Out of 46 students who appeared in Commerce stream this year Miss Aarushi, Master Ashit, Miss Pawneet Kaur, Miss Tanika Sharma, Miss Kanika, Miss Aanchal, Master Vanshit, Master Paramjot Singh, Master Harsh Rana, Master Manpreet Singh, Miss Priyanka, Miss Simarpreet Kaur and Miss Ishneet Kaur scored the top thirteen ranks (above 90%). 17 students have scored more than 80%, 13 have scored more than 70% and 3 have scored more than 60%.
